"This quick trip sucks. Usually service is great and employees are friendly, hence why I go there. The last few times I’ve gone they have NO TEA at all out of the many flavors they have.This is in the middle of the afternoon. I asked today if they just weren’t doing it anymore at this location and the employee told me they were being cleaned. With what? Air? There was nothing in them. Many people tried using them. I know how tea urns are cleaned I work in food service.There was no tuned of any kind in any of the urns there was NOTHING in them.Also why do they all need to be “cleaned” at the same time during a peak rush? I’m over people being mean and insolent just because. If you don’t want to make the tea find a job where you don’t have to."
"Hats off to the amazing staff at 13099 Tesson Ferry QT! Taylor and Angel were working feverishly to get all the orders prepared. They had a great personality with beautiful smiles to match. Taylor went the extra mile to get a carry tote so my ice creams wouldn’t get all over in the car. Thank you, Jay for greeting all the customers as they entered the store. Jay’s outgoing personality was a pleasant surprise as people were coming in with heavy hearts. What a pleasure to enter an establishment with so much positivity!
