"This location went ABOVE AND BEYOND. My dog got out this morning & the employees saw him running without a leash. They quickly reacted and grabbed him, took him to the back and called me to let me know they had him. They were so sweet and nice, and got my baby back home!! This little act of kindness is more of what the world needs & we are so grateful for the staff there this morning!!!"

"OMG wow that I am writing this, but yesterday's visit was unbelievable because of the rude customer service 1st this young lady who had no idea what I was talking about when it came to the lottery machine. I tried to explain that it has a scanner that she's using the register to scan the coupon for the app. A man came to help me out and I asked him to use the machine for the draws and I was buying 2 Power ball and 2 mega million and I have a coupon. I get home and I have 2 mega and the free lotto draws from my previous winners. I have never had any problems with this location or any other until the visit yesterday. So I am going to get my power ball tickets today and I have coupon for my draws. This is a gas station LOTTERY is a HUGE part of the JOB and customer service is very important. I did buy gas as well but I don't go just for gas and I always go for the atmosphere and the clean environment and friendly people"

"QT Kitchen review - Had planned to order on the app and have on lot pick up because of virus precautions in place, but the coupon would not transfer over to the app. I had to go inside and asked what I needed to do for the coupon to work and was told it wasn't working for some reason. No big deal... Placed the order inside and was going to wait for it to be brought to the vehicle, but decided that I wanted the ice cream I ordered while I had to wait for pizza. I went back in and told the guy working the kitchen what I was asking for him to do. He stopped working on the pizza and did the ice cream. I ordered the "cone in a cup" because you get a full cup of ice cream and then a filled cone on top of it. It's almost twice the price, so it's not just a cone flipped into a cup, but this store seemed to think that I wanted to spend 30¢ more to pay for the convenience of a dinky plastic cup! Not on my watch... I told the kid working the kitchen that it needed to be full cups and he argued with me that I was paying for the cup! Paying for the cup?!? I turned into a Susan (my least favorite person in the world) and went to talk to the manager. The manager told me that the cup costs them money and I told him (with my reasoning from above) that wasn't going to fly. He told the kid to make them again and fill the cups up. I stood there waiting. And waiting. And I finally decided that they could bring it all to me out on the lot because there were more and more people coming in the store. The whole reason we stopped here at QT was to get the food we wanted without having to be around people. I know nothing about where they have been or what they may be exposed to or carrying... I don't need exposure to people who could be carrying a virus my body isn't equipped to fight off. Thanks for taking advantage of people trying to keep social distancing. NOT."
