"Our favorite ramen place! Super fast service though we have to wait in line on weekend dinner but not too long. It's also worth the wait! All staff are happy in their job and soooo quick! "What a pleasure this was! It was a freezing night and it was so nice to be able to slurp down some hot, brothy noodles. Both bowls were totally different and had a good ratio of noodles, broth and delicious garnish. Broth was rich and delicious. Dumplings were tasty too. Plump and crisp on the outside. Can't wait to go back. Wish it was closer to home!"

"Had to wait 2 hours to get a table, but it was worth it. We were sat out on the enclosed patio, which was still a little chilly, so we were offered fleece lined blankets. We got an order of fried gyoza & I had the Creamy Chicken Ramen. Delicious & soul warming."

"The cashier was a bottleneck causing the line to be outside of the building. Door had to be kept open due to line when the restaurant was 99% empty. It will be very understandable if the store is truly overwhelmed. The cold wind draft created discomfort for many customers near the door. Suggest to enable payment via a kiosk/ app yet still be able to dine in to solve the bottleneck. Noodles were made from scratch. Ramen was authentic. The broth was rich and flavorful. Strongly recommend this restaurant for Ramen in KC! Overall solid 5-star!"

"Today was my first time trying KC Craft Ramen. My friend saw a food review on social media, and I knew I had to stop in. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! It is hands down one of the best ramen places I have been to. The food was amazing, and their homemade in-house noodles were perfect! The broth was so flavorful, and the meat was so tender. I went with two of my friends, and they loved it as well. They live locally and plan to visit often. I can’t forget to mention how great the service was from the moment we entered the door. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We ended up having the wonderful opportunity to talk to one of the owners Aki who was so warm and welcoming. She chatted with us for a bit and told us a little more about the restaurant. I relocated to Boston but visit home often. This will be a place I stop into each time I am home.
