Little Caesars Pizza

"Pizza was suppose to be ready at 5. Waited about 30 minutes for it. Employees were in the back meowing like cats at each other and goofing off. Guy at front told a customer the bread sticks were old but "mostly" edible. Said new employee's didn't know how to cook them. Order was completely wrong when I got home. Breadsticks looked absolutely nasty."

"Not sure why this location is getting so many bad reviews. It’s definitely one of the better little Caesar’s I’ve had. I did a mobile order and picked it up. Everything was hot and ready when I got there. I also enjoyed their pizza portal pick up. Just entered my code and got it out of the hot box. Their new stuffed crust pizza is awesome as well. Would recommend over most of the other pizza chains in the area."

"Take the bad reviews seriously here. The experience here is just plain nuts, and continually. I have given it several chances. Tonight I ordered 1 thin crust cheese and 1 thin crust pepperoni. I got 1 thin crust pepperoni that was completely burnt, like a cracker. And a regular crust cheese that had no cheese on several slices. The guys behind the counter are literally staring into space and not communicating with each other at all. It is bizarre. Additionally, other posts that say pizzas sit on the counter for 30 minutes or more, instead of being put in warmers, are right on the money. This is exactly right. I watched one gentleman pick two boxes off of that pile, put them in the warmer, and mark them as done. They were mine, and cold. Please save your time and energy and go elsewhere. Whoever owns this store is either completely in the clouds or just doesn't care. Either way, it's not worth it. Hopefully all these terrible reviews for a very new store promote some kind of change. Awful!"

"Don't even think about putting an offer in here if you want it don't within an hour or two. You MIGHT get lucky if you walk in, but even that's unlikely. But what you WILL find is them leaving stacks of pizzas for people's orders on the table, opening them dozens of times because they stack so many without completing an order that they forget what's what. They don't use the warmers, so you'll see your pizza sitting there getting cold for 30-40 minutes while they get around to finishing the sides for your order. They can't even try and use the excuse of game day, because this is a constant and consistent behavior from them. What made myself and HALF A DOZEN other people who were standing in the lobby 30-60+ minutes past our given time, was the employee answering phones and LYING to customers telling them "it'll realistically be around 15-20 minutes". HA HA HA No. Several of us even spoke up hoping the person on the phone would hear and wouldn't be duped by the lies of the employee. After over 40 minutes beyond my pick up time I asked the guy at front twice to get a refund, telling him I only had 2 bread stick orders and this ex ridiculous. He instead ignored me because he sad tired of giving out refunds. Maybe, stop lying to customers about their order times? We literally HEARD them lying. Maybe, don't leave stacks of pizza on a back table getting cold, that customers can plainly see, and then getting mad at the ones who want something that HASN'T been sitting cold for the better part of an hour?! It literally took me YELLING to get him to come get me my refund. I feel even worse for the half dozen other people who were trying to get their refunds while being ignored and the poor food delivery people who get duped into picking up an order here that they then have to cancel and get penalized for it or lose out on an hour + of profit sitting around waiting."

"I don't know if all the KC Little Caesars are owned by the same person, but they need some real refresher on just how to run their operation. The fact I scheduled a pickup order and it took 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled time to just receive a hot n ready and italian cheese bread is insane. This wasn't during a busy time or anything either. It was on a Wednesday at 4:00. Along with the sluggish time to receive my order, the store was not even storing the food the proper way. There was STACKS of pizzas/bread on the counter. They should have been in the warmers at the bare minimum if they weren't moving them off the table. The food was not very appealing in presentation either. I dont know if they messed up and accidently gave me a thin crust for my pizza as the crust was like a cracker or what. The italian cheese bread was also oval in shape. I've given Little Caesar's too many tries in the KC area and will not be returning."
