"We had been shopping around for a few weeks and looking for a quad for our youngest daughter. We had been to all of the big name stores, around KC, with no luck. I saw M&M's ad on Marketplace so decided to take the trip to Holden Mo. to check them out. I didn't really know what to expect because their reviews were mixed. I actually said something about it to my wife as we pulled up. We were greeted professionally by Diane, as Mike was helping two other customers. Their store was full of ATV's/Go Carts/Electric Bikes/Mowers/Motorcycles/ETC. Diane walked us through their inventory and the pricing for each. We decided to "think on it" and check out another store in Warrensburg. Well, our "think on it" trip ended up with a quad with an MSRP price of $2800 plus another $1270 of Fees ($4100 Total). Needless to say, we found ourselves back at M&M very quickly buying the Kayo 125 Bull. On our venture from Warrensburg back to Holden, I called a couple of dealers in Kansas City, to get some comparable $ data on the same quad. One was $800 more (no lie) and one wouldn't even give me the "Out the Door" price without me giving them my personal info or coming into the store and sitting with their Business Dept., which I politely declined. In looking for ATV's, I've seen add on fees ranging from $800-$1300 on top of the Tag Price (MSRP). M&M was extremely easy to deal with and were by far the cheapest around, anywhere. They have been in business for 28yrs and there is "No BS" or "Games" with them. They will give you the price from across the store, on the phone, by email or in Messenger, without needing to know your personal info or first child's social. You might see some discouraging reviews on them but, as always, there are two sides to every story. I can tell you that our experience was extremely positive and professional and we will definitely be back. I would and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for an ATV/Go Cart/Electric Bike/Mower/Motorcycle/etc. Thank you M&M."

"Bought a used mower here for a lot of money. It worked once. “Sorry about your luck”. They could not care any less about the mower they sold me. I would not recommend. Worst customer service I have every seen, almost annoyed that I walked into the door."
