"**** A Hidden Gem **** This place is amazing! Kris and Donna work so well together and they are extremely dedicated to their work and business!! Their customer service is top notch! They embroidered my son's stocking when another company talked me out of it and the price was so reasonable!! This past Christmas season (2023) they were able to sew some patches on a jean jacket that we brought in to them and we needed it by Christmas Eve. They nailed it! We picked it up the day before Christmas Eve and they were so swamped but they made sure that ours was done. While talking to Donna, she said that they were going to be there a while to make sure that everything got done for their customers. All this while she had family in from out of town for her holidays! I highly recommend Alphabet Soup! Exceptional in customer service, product quality, and very reasonable prices! In a world where prices seem to be climbing in every industry, they are extremely reasonable! Will definitely continue to shop with Alphabet Soup!!"
