"This was my first time at fire house subs. I was really looking for a great sub sandwich to get a quick bite before work. Needless to say, I worked my shift very disappointed and hungry. I ordered the New York. The Pastrana was not very good, processed meat so thin you could see through it. How is that going to fill anybody up? And whatever pork they had on it, I had to take it off the sandwich because I almost gagged it was like eating raw bacon. It was so fatty and disgusting. The other thing I do not like about them is the counter is so high you cannot see the food that they are putting on your sandwich, now I know why! I wouldn’t have even fed that to my dog. If you’re looking for a great sub sandwich, do NOT go to fire house subs!"
"I ordered probably one of the easiest sandwiches, a grilled cheese. I waited for 10 minutes, it didn't come out with the rest of the food. My parents have finished their sandwiches, and I'm waiting on a remake of mine because they didn't melt it enough. The cheese was solid. Melted is not in their vocabulary. Their sandwiches were cold too."
