"Went there to eat around noon on Sunday April 23 only to find out it was closed due to lack of cooks. Manager said it has been closed for a couple of weeks. Funny that they leave the menu lit up so you think you can order. Then when it's time to order they let you know that they are closed. Since I can't count on you to be open when I show up I guess I will go elsewhere. McDonald's, Culver's and Whataburger all within a quarter mile. When your business drops off you'll know why."

"What a horrible dissappointment. We struggled to find a table clean enough to sit at (yes, just clean enough - all tables were dirty) but that was just the beginning. The staff did make a round to 'clean', later, but they just removed trays and food. Didn't bother to wipe anything down. So, all tables in the restaurant were still dirty. The drink station looked like hadn't been cleaned or stocked for about a day. An employee had obviously attempted to make coffee at some point, spilled a good part of the grounds on the counter, and didn't bother. We struggled to find condiment containers that contained product and weren't rancid. The bathroom was disgusting - dried, sour, urine all over the toilet, the tank lid, the floor around, and wall behind. And it had been there long enough to be dust covered. The walls and base boards hadn't been touched in months. And, let's not talk about the science experiments on the trash can, sink and mirror. I could write another 500 words about just the appearance, the filth, and inattention to detail. Shame. There was good money spent building this little restaurant out. The food? $36 for a couple burgers and tots. Beef was prepared correctly, to order. Order arrived in good time and was filled accurately. Tots seemd a little over cooked but I couldn't tell if they came frozen amd were just reheated or just over done here. Bacon had been kept too long and was stale and chewy. Verdict - never again. At least not this location. I'll try a standalone before writing the brand off completely. But the Wallburgers would be well advised to remove their name from this dump."

"Wasn't impressed!! We had a 55 minute wait and then we had to send a burger back for the bacon we didn't receive on it the burger and it was cold! I ordered the wings and couldn't eat them!! No refund just offered to have them make me some more!! With the long wait I surly wasn't going to wait again or possibly have more raw chicken!!! Don't think we will be going back sadly we was excited to try a new place but maybe we try again after they are open for a while and hopefully the ruff spots will get worked out!!!"
