"I'm so confused. I ordered snow crab, which I know is expensive. With a single drink, it was $24 on my debit card. That makes total sense. Crab is expensive. I got the bag of food and opened it to find no crab crackers. I went up and asked for a set to open my crab. They looked at me confused. Then told me that they needed a $5 deposit for the metal crackers. Fine. That makes sense. I get the money back. I hold out my debit card again, and they say they need cash. What? I just paid with a card. It's 2023; I don't carry cash anymore. I said "are you f-ing serious?" I got kind of mad. The manager came out and told me to just please bring them back. I thanked them and ate my food. It was ok. Brang the crackers back and the cashier held out napkins and asked ME to clean the crackers off! This scared me. You're not allowed to ask customers to clean. That's an FDA law. If they're lax on THAT law; imagine how dirty they keep their kitchen. Clean your own stuff. Give customers the correct tools for the job. Heck, at Red lobster you at least get crackers for free, a little fork to open the crab, and they BUS YOUR TABLE. All for LESS than I paid at the mall. This place had decent food. But the employees need to get their act together or switch industries. Sorry for the word vomit."
"Delicious! Love the create your own poke bowl option! Food was fresh & service was quick!"
"I ordered the B seafood combo which had a 1/2 pound of crawfish and 1/2 pound of snow crab legs. Overall I would say it was pretty decent for a mall seafood place, but it doesn't really compare to a dedicated seafood restaurant. Something like Seafood Island is obviously much better, but you also pay a lot more. So if you are just looking for some quick seafood I don't think you will be disappointed. My meal also came with an egg, corn, and a potato ( just like crab boils at other places). This place also has poke bowls, and I have not tried them so I cannot comment on that."
"Weeknight dinner, only a short wait in line, my first time here. Went with a signature bowl, although it seemed pretty easy to build your own too (like Bibibop or Chipotle, but different mix of ingredients with more seafood). The two staff members working there were nice and seemed to put a lot of care into preparing my bowl (less so for my friend's whose bowl was more tossed together, but still tasted good). Vegetarian options, I got tofu. Moderate sized meal, priced under $10, and it was pretty filling. If you enjoy Bibibop, you'll probably like this of you're looking for a quick and satisfying bite to eat while at the mall. A pleasant culinary change from what I expect for a mall food court (but it's been a long time since I've dined at the mall)! Outside the mall I'd choose Bibibop, but inside the mall, I'd definitely go back to Toro Poke!"
"I can only speak to the quality of the food as I used doordash to get it. I always do a build your own bowl and I have yet to be disappointed. The cilantro and jalapenos are too crisp to not be as fresh as possible. The portions I have received are well worth the money I spent. My only complaint is I would like to add a fourth protein without a large upcharge but they have to stay in business somehow. I'll either keep paying the extra or decide on my favorite proteins."
