"I came here at 1:30pm on a Thursday and waited in line for 5 minutes while they were completing “online orders” once they were done with that I asked for White Rice and they had “none left for the rest of the day” this is after I just saw them finish the white rice up on 5 different meals. It’s always a hit or miss when coming to the mall for food, but you might as well drive the extra 8min to the next chipotle location then come here."

"Always running out of ingredients, and delivery orders are always wrong. Yet again my order went here for a salad and I got no lettuce or vinaigrette. How dumb are these guys?"

"I automatically get DoorDash to pick up from this location. I’ve tried changing it. I get you all are constantly busy. But I had an order issue & NOT ONE manager got back to me. Just Shows management at the oak park mall location doesn’t care AT ALL! I constantly have my orders messed up or not receiving the extra meat I PAY for. Do better. I’ve worked in that type of industry… when you all get sooo many complaints on how badly you all are doing… corporate needs to fix that along with management. Ridiculous how many times you all mess up simple stuff!"

"Updated review: I hadn’t been to this location for years. 6 years ago I gave them a good review but my old review didn’t match the experience I had tonight. First, I walked in, and no one said a word. Pretty sure they use to greet customers. If that would have been the only issue I wouldn’t have felt like updating this review but that was only the beginning. Everything seemed okay until I got home. I held the handles of my bag and started to carry it up my sidewalk when suddenly the whole bottom of the bag ripped out and everything fell out in the ground. Fortunately the lids were on tight so no food spilled out of the containers. As I picked up the containers, I found that the containers bottoms were soaked and felt like they would fall apart any second. I managed to get the food inside and dumped the bowls into my own bowls so my family could eat them. That wasn’t great but then I was told to bring a knife to cut the guacamole. I assumed there was a small chunk that just hadn’t gotten smashed all the way but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I stuck the knife in and struggled to cut the chunk which I discovered was an entire half of an avocado (pictured below). The last issue came when my husband dipped into the queso and his chip hit something hard. It wasn’t anything gross…just a stray bite of steak? that shouldn’t have been in there. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at chipotle so I’m not sure if the portion sizes have been drastically reduced always or if it was just this restaurant but our servings were about half the size of the ones I use to get from Chipotle. The bowls were made up of about 90-95% rice with the other ingredients being the remaining 5-10% of the bowl. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I’m so sad to find this location has gone so far from the wailing it had before. I feel like the whole avocado sounds like something someone would make up but I promise, I didn’t make it up! It seems almost like a prank or an angry employee. First review: Had an online order and showed up two minutes before pickup to find that they hadn't even started it. The cashier gave me a free drink and the manager got people from the back and they managed to get the entire 5 person order done only a couple minutes later then the original pickup time. They also got it correct!"

"My food was decent kind of cold. I ordered queso and didn’t get it. I went to grab it and the guy at the register got mad and took another order before getting it. I then went back to order chips since I wasn’t aware that they didn’t come with it and offered to pay for it but he got mad again and said that I have to pay. I simply stated yes that’s not a problem I just need some chips. I paid for it and again he took two more orders before getting them and when he went to hand them to me he threw them down on the counter and said bye. Simply just terrible customer service."
