"This was the worst experience. I will never go back to this location. Not only was our food not brought out all together, my food, which was considerably later than the rest of my table, was raw! REALLY RAW! And nobody seemed bothered by it. They just remade the order and removed it from the check. I contacted the customer service but they didn’t seem to care either. I’m just shocked at the casual nature of this incident which could have put someone in the hospital."
"Mi Ranchito is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Kansas City metro. I had the carne asada which was very delicious and juicy. I had rice and flour tortillas as a side. They have good chips with salsa. The Mexican staff is always so friendly. My only issue with this location is the lack of parking."

"The chips and salsa are great! The chips are thin and crispy,and the salsa has good fresh flavor. I had the lunch #13 cream cheese chicken enchilada, and it was the perfect portion. The fresh slice of avacado added to it. We were seated right away, and the service was fast. La Crema Chimichanga (which my husband had) was our favorite of the two meals. The dipping sauce served with it made all the difference."
