"I’ve been going here since the revamp and the staff is great. Not sure if he’s the morning manager but there’s a gentleman there that’s always super friendly and on it. The whole staff is great!!!"

"Went inside to make a last minute order for my daughter's birthday treats for school. They were so accommodating and did everything to make it happen! So happy with the service. They couldn't have been any nicer! Now if they'd just bring back the Butternut Donuts!!"

"Very nice staff, but pretty sure the espresso machine is broken, or they may not be making it right. I always get Dunkin, and the coffee here was very weak. I even pulled back around to let them know and asked for another shot. They put it in but it tasted the same. They may be using regular coffee instead of espresso. Also, I paid $6 for a bacon sandwich with no bacon...I eat at Dunking frequently, and it should not be like this. Super disappointed."

"Interior had panels coming off the counter. There was limited inside seating. Our donuts were actually hard, like at least two days old. We came at 5 pm but that’s not been an issue at other Dunkin’s I’ve been to later in the day. The worker was friendly kind of… would not recommend. Go hungry before you eat here."

"1 star is far too generous and explains why the restaurant was a ghost town at 7am. Munchkins were not even glazed and their cold brew coffee is water with a drop of coffee. They were out of all coffee flavors except for sugar free vanilla and cake batter. A decent manager would go to the Walmart / Target only a couple hundred yards away to purchase flavoring until a new shipment came in"
