"Slow. Very slow. Sat at the table for 20 mins and nobody showed up. I wish the service would be a bit more coordinated. Even if everyone is busy, they should come up some way to automate the order taking process. At least getting the order part would become faster. The food and atmosphere was decent. Friday night vibe wasn't there."

"The food we received was good, but would have preferred the kitchen speak with the staff proactively when they have 86’ed items that they ran out of. My order was in for a long time when the kitchen informed the wait staff they had none of what I ordered."

"I absolutely love this place! My definite go to in Kirkwood, the service is always quick and the staff is always friendly and informative of menu items! I love when Masina is behind the bar because I know I’m going to get great service and a good a$$ drink!"

"The food was very good and the service was great. The food came out fast. The only thing I have to say is that there was a lot of trash littered about in the outside area, leading to an increase in flies. That's about it, and those factors were most likely due to wind but the trash was left there the entire time we were eating."

"Positive: Chicken sandwich is always good! But this time it was over cooked! Negative: I’ve been to this location a couple times. My last visit was bad. The waiter autumn didn’t know what she was talking about . They were out of everything they claim but the truck just happen to come once I asked for the manager . The fries weren’t fresh either time, even tho I requested them to be. It took for me to ask for a refund or make them fresh for them to actually be fresh . They charged me for 2 honey mustard but didn’t charge me 1st visit ! SMH."
