"Today at lunch, about 12:30 I ordered a family meal. The chicken was undercooked and pink, the Mac n cheese tasted like fish, and the biscuits were hard. Nothing was hot except the mashed potatoes. I noticed there was no one in line or in the parking lot. I should have known better. This is the second time I got food that was nasty and undercooked. Never again. Most of the meal went into the trash. Money wasted"

"Where do I start? The chicken sandwich was so old I asked Jesus to bring it back from the dead. I attempted to get a large Mac and cheese but the container for the gravy was bigger than whatever they put the Mac and cheese in. I always get a large drink and what they handed me was a medium or small cup and said this is a large which I know isn’t true cause if I go up to another KFC I can get a large. This is all just one order. There was one before that I didn’t get half of what I ordered and didn’t realize it till I got home and when I went back I was just ignored in the lobby and ignored in the drive thru. Do better."

"I got a 3 piece all-breast chicken box with a large Mac and cheese. All 3 breasts were so small, barely any chicken on them. The only thing I liked was the Mac and cheese. The mashed potatoes were not even as good as they used to be and the biscuit was so hard that I couldn't eat it. The chicken was not fresh and it cost me 25.00. This place has changed for the worse and that's too bad because they used to be so good."

"Don't know what happened to my review but here it is again summarized. Went under renovation. New partnership..crew seemed slow and standing around appearing confused. Ordered 2 big bx meals..the chicken pieces looked like a baby chicken. The coleslaw had absolutely no dressing! And only about a tablespoon of that .The biscuit was small and dry.the mashed potatoes were one tablespoon of potatoes and a tablespoon of gravy.l couldn't believe so many things could be so bad! All for around $12, oh.and the sign on the window says no refunds..looks like they took that to heart.. Although l won't be returning to this KFC l will try a different one to see if there's a pattern."

"Was told 20 minutes for chicken. No problem we had 30 minutes available to pick up our son from soccer around the corner 18 minutes in employee comes out to ask for our receipt because they hadn't dropped our chicken. After a few minutes I go in to get an estimate so we can decide to grab child or wait. Employee gets nasty with me for asking telling me we were told it would be a while. 37 minutes later we received chicken. Taste great & would not have been a big deal with a little courtesy. Drive thru guy was perfectly nice, but gal dropping chicken was ridiculous. Someone replied to this as the owner, but I can not get through to anyone on a phone. Please leave a name/contact # on here that I can reach someone at. I would really like to discuss the final outcome and the food that we received as well."
