"Service on Sunday morning has drastically fallen down hill over the past few months. I've tried both drive through and mobile orders. No matter which I used I'm asked to pull over into a parking spot even if there isn't another car in behind me. This is a new thing that started just a few months ago. This is why Hardees on Dorset shuddered. I've gone for my family's order at this location almost every Saturday or Sunday morning for almost 2 years. Food is still good and correct to order. Extremely slow for a McDonald's...I will give it one more weekend then I'm out permanently."
"By far the best mcdonald’s you can get in the area. Weird how mcdonald’s here tastes 100 times better than any other i’ve ordered from. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but that food will still come out fresh and delicious. I’m not one to rave about fast food but this place does it right."
"Food was fine. As expected from McDonald’s which is not to be understated. Reliability is great! Service was good and the restaurant was clean. Apparently though asking for a cup of water is now the same as buying a soft drink. Still chose water but that’s a drag."
"Wait time was really long and they were super understaffed for a Saturday. At one point I was waiting on the main road to get in which isn't such a big deal although I was given the attached fries which I'm not too pleased about. Everything else tasted fine."
"Dirty. The soda fountain drip trays are not draining properly and one looks like it has wet mold in it. All of the fountains look crusty and unwashed. Garbage bags sitting by the entrance. Lids, straws and ketchup cups were not stocked. If I had seen all that when I went in, I would not have ordered. Then my cheeseburgers looked old and sad. The strawberry pie wasn't much better. The fries were decent, for a change. Beepers and alarms were going off the entire time I was there, non-stop. There were four customers total inside, not busy in the slightest. Then the "manager" starts arguing with a customer about an order that was messed up. And now I just noticed the time sticker on the pie I brought home. It says "Enjoy by 1:47pm" I was there at 6pm. They are selling old food. I wish I had kept the receipt... This used to be a good McDonald's. Not anymore, the last few visits have been awful. If I'm sick in a few hours, I know who did it. Photo commentary: old pie, cheeseburger barely wrapped with one really old looking patty. Isn't the cheese normally on top? I threw both items away."
