"I love this Starbucks location! The interior has great seating options and the staff are very friendly! They produce orders efficiently and I have only had my drink made incorrectly once. They take great care of their customers. To give you an example of their excellent customer service: An item I ordered online for pick up was not in stock so they put a note in my bag to check in with the cashier who got me squared away with a comparable item. They guarantee satisfaction and quality coffee."

"I'm a regular. I always get the same drink..literally watch woman in front of me receive all smiles and even a free item for being their favorite customer. I pull up and I'm like..it's supposed to be iced. This lady's expression changed so fast and she just became very rude. Will not be going to this location anymore."

"Unfortunately, this is one of the worst locations I've ever been to. You are always late and waiting on them, I've come here multiple times and given multiple chances and I always do order ahead. There machines broke and only had one available for orders and I understand the circumstances and am willing to wait but why they continue to not fill the orders of people already waiting in beyond me. Why wouldn't they ask who comes in what their name is and cater to them since they areaking coffees for people not here waiting already. It's basic customer service and just a nice thing to do when your customers are in a rush and are being kind and patient with you. Everytime it's something else at this location. Edit: Finally got my coffee (after going up a second time) after 45min."

"The service and atmosphere were fine. They seemed short staffed. Other than that the length of time that I waited for my order was acceptable since it looked like they could use more employees. The blueberry muffin was good. I didn’t like the crunchy sugar on top. It was too much, and too sweet so I scraped it off. Overall, I would recommend this location."
