"Wendy's app would not allow me to sign in. I have used the app many times so I know what to do. I wanted the Single hamburger for $1 that they advertise and send notices to my phone. I know that there is a qr code they need. But because it would not allow me access to the app I could not get the code. The manager saw that the app was not working properly and said that Wendy's must be having an issue. He could have offered me the hamburger for $1 anyway but he did not offer anything. Went back to work without eating because it took me to much time trying to get the app to work."
"Another store with excellent customer service, hot coffee, hot food. They got breakfast right with the specials and quality of the food. Fresh egg, fresh cheese and the young lady put the cream and Splenda in for me and said it was so I wouldn't have to pull over and just enjoy it, now that's customer service!!!!"
"Food was as good as any Wendy's but was disappointed that the staff did not say anything to the person/guest being disruptive. It appeared that he was under the influence of something. He was vulgar and inappropriate. We rushed thru lunch and left quickly. I hope that management looks at their surveillance and makes sure he does not bother any more guests."
"Consistency is key, unfortunately this location has none, 2 out of 10 times you go there, your food/order will be right. And every time it's wrong, the crew acts as if the customer is the problem or like it's our fault for being a paying customer and not working for Wendys myself. I highly enjoy Wendys and hope something can be done to keep this location alive!"
"So I did not expect alot ordering $6 biggie bags. It did come out fast but cold. And I know salads are pre made all they had to do was add the bacon pieces. They could not take 6 seconds to chop it up. I know it's not that big of a deal but still. Also forgot one of the chicken blt"
