"Great food. My steak was a little under done but they quickly fixed it. Everything tasted great and waiter was very attentive for as busy as they were. Highly recommend!"

"My food was lukewarm when it got to me the manager was very nice about my dissatisfaction & I was able to order something else. The replacement meal was hot & fresh BUT my steak was full of fat for $30 I shouldn't have to cut a ton of fat off . Won't ever go back to this location due to this being the 3rd time I've been dissatisfied at this particular location. The one in Merriam is my #1 pick just didn't want to drive that far but I will next time!"

"I stopped in on Monday night during a snow storm with my wife and 2 daughters. We normally love Chili's and this location was ok. Except the entire place was freezing. And even though it was empty we were put right next to a plate glass window with cold temperatures from outside coming off of it. The waitress was great. The food was good. The manager was a little bit inflexible with our order request.. that others Chili's locations have had no issues with... he came back to our table a few times after we ordered with the waitress. She came back later an apologized to us for his behavior. Seems like it shouldn't be her job to have to do this, and a good manager wouldn't put their staff in that position. We were traveling through KC. We still love Chili's but will likely not return to this location....."

"So the service was bad , they weren’t attentive at all!! The food took forever to get out. Hell I could’ve went home and cooked the food. We waited 2 hrs and didn’t receive some our food until we were ready to go. Then when finally our ticket it was overcharged. I wouldn’t recommend."
