"I have never been disappointed in any of the ones I have been in. But sometimes I do feel rushed but it's not bad. What I like about it is the food is always HOT AND FRESH. The Rootbear is so good too."

"Friday night I ordered walleye fish dinner $15.99 my husband had the cod dinner $13.99 when meals were delivered my walleye was cold as were the fries. I asked they warm the entree, and 10 minutes later they brought a new order that was hot. My husband was finishing his meal. The dining experience for $30.00 was less than with plastic plates and utensils we could have made a better choice."
"I used to love Culver's fish dinner but lately, at least the past 6 months, now it is just ok. Sometimes I get a piece that is a little chewy and shaped weird. The fries even were a little cold and dry. I don't know if you changed where you get your fish or it's not enough training but something has to change for me to keep me coming back. Sometimes, not always service is very slow... Don't want to hear about shorthanded, you can get and more importantly keep employees if you pay decent."
"I had a large, delicious salad with chicken. My husband always gets the shrimp basket. It is the best seafood around for a reasonable price. The double cheeseburger is normally what I eat here and it is always delicious. The fries are the best in the city! But this time I actually had a vanilla ice cream cone. Very good custard."
