"Showed up at 1230am when they were open till 3, but was told they were only accepting Doordash orders. 5 cars went into the drive thru just when we were there. I bet the white castle and taco bell in pacific loves the extra business."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I pull into the parking lot. As usual the drive thru is way backed up. I go inside to order. There are like five people at the self order computers so I go to front register. Some lady walks up. She doesn't even greet me. Her body language expresssed she felt I was an interruption b/c i didnt take my own order. I was offered no curteos greeting at all. I ask for the $5 classic combo. She goes "i don't think we have that anymore". I then asked why the menu would say that have something discontinued. She gives me this sassy response of "um because they changed our menu!". At that point I told her with service lke that I wasn't hungry. I will never return. The employees think a paycheck is free. They don't want to serve those who pay their wages."

"Never even got to ordered anything. Attempted to place a mobile order; but, the system wouldn’t work. So then I went through the drive through and the associate just had every excuse not to take my order because they were “almost done with breakfast.” It would be five minutes on hash-browns, they were almost out of eggs…ten minutes before breakfast ends, isn’t it your job to make more food if necessary? Finally, I said forget it and drove back to the Pacific, MO location where they fulfilled my order."
