"I visit this location multiple times a week, often on my way to work or randomly on the weekends. I enjoy stopping in and the coffee is delicious, when its delicious. Its just inconsistent."

"I showed up on Veterans Day morning to get the free doughnut as advertised to Dunkin’ Donuts site. Told the person in the drive-through that I was a veteran, and that I was choosing a particular type of donut. I waited in line and upon check out I was informed by the manager that I was not allowed the donut. The lady manager informed me that I had to be a member of their rewards club, and on top of that only certain types of donuts were offered to veterans that day. The entire experience made me feel cheap and stupid and just bad for saying that you’re gonna give a donut away and having all Restrictions on veterans when they come up to the window. It would be better if you just didn’t offer the free donut at all."

"I placed an order through the app so that it would be ready when I arrived. I got there, and was informed that they were out of two of the four items I ordered. My coffee was also not made correctly (wasn't full. See attached picture). I will just go back to visiting the Twin Oaks location."

"I cannot believe the incompetence of the people in this store. I ordered a delivery order from this store and asked for a large hot coffee. They sent a large iced coffee. They also left out an item in the order. It is stunning to me that any fast food location can mistake a hot coffee for an iced coffee and think that that's acceptable. It's bad enough they don't bake their items on site and it's not unusual to get old or even stale donuts there, but not understanding the difference between iced coffee and hot coffee is beyond the pale and absolutely unacceptable in any way, shape, or form. What a joke this place is."

"This is amazing place to have coffee and enjoy delicious donuts. Located at key position with ample parking. Staff was very courteous and fast to service. I will definitely visit again!!"
