"OH WOW. The food is amazing. So far, smoked half chicken, smoked pork steak, pulled pork, burger, beans, potato salad, and the 'worth getting' corn bread casserole. We've tried most of the menu. Everything is delicious. And amazingly enough in this time, the service has been attentive and great. Whatever they are doing, this is by far the most consistent, best service within 30 miles. Casual atmosphere, everything on the menu is great. Once upon a time I ordered a shrimp po boy....that was awesome, too. A hidden gem ."

"Man, I wish there were more places like this in the world. I was on a road trip and was saved from corporate butt food by the desk guy at my motel who recommended Brown Jerry’s. It was a perfect walk on a warm summer evening to what turned out to be a great half-rack of ribs, cornbread to knock your socks off, and a super welcoming, friendly place. Nice job everyone! Makes me wish I lived here."

"The half slab of ribs are fabulous and the BBQ sauce complements it well. The creamy oven baked mac & cheese, and corn bread soufflé where all fantastic as well. The inside has been recently redone and is well lit and clean! I’ve been here a few times and have never had a bad meal."
