"Ordered food on curbside. It’s not a long wait but the food taste yucky. It tasted like been sitting on there for a while because it’s not hot and not even warm. The eggs on the burrito is so mushy look like it’s not done and the muffin is hard.All the food we got is not hot not even warm..was disappointed."
"I returned on a Friday at 11:30 to eat lunch. The restaurant was packed not only from the normal lunch crowd. But, also from a bus load of elementary age kids on a field trip. Tabatha, took my food order and was not only super friendly and nice, but also took her time to explain the specials. We of course joked about the TV show "Bewitched, and her being the daughter on the show," I also mentioned about a couple days ago coming to this same McDonald's, and whoever waited on me, told me they didn't have any specials. And they wasn't even crowded. I was very impressed with this visit, not only because they was fast with my order. Mainly, I was impressed with Tabatha and how calm and under control she was. Especially, after just dealing with 30 plus excited, screaming, elementary age kids full of energy. Being a former GM at Menards. I know the importance of having a employee who genuinely cares about the customers. Also, who smiles with a friendly greeting, and is happy to interact cheerfully with you is priceless. If I still was a manager at Menards, I would be asking Tabatha to come work at Menards. Owners/Managers remember that sometimes it only takes one employee to make or break a visit. Very rarely do I see a employee make a lasting impression like Tabatha did today. I boosted your rating a couple points because of her. I ordered a couple triple cheeseburgers from the counter inside. First of all it took about 10 minutes. They did apologize for the wait. Really the biggest problem I had was the burgers tasted like they dumped a whole salt shaker on them. And this is about the third time they've tasted like this. Terrible! A few days ago, I went to the St Clair McDonald's and ordered the same. A couple triple cheeseburgers that were amazing. I hope they fix this, so I can enjoy the burgers. Even my dog wouldn't eat the burgers I got from here."
"Its mcydeez people! This one is no different except for a young man that had gotten off work at this location and I asked him if he would give me a jump start my motorcycle battery was dead dead. He didn't but 15 minutes later he showed up with cables!!! He didn't want us out in the cold and only was wanted to help us out would be nice if I could remember his name but I'm horrible with names yo! Lol"
"Anybody want to tell me the reason for cold fries during a freaking lunch rush and a McRib to be handed out like this? The only one I could come up with was if it was asked for and I have zero ideas as to why someone who's driving would order this mushy waaay too small of a bun BBQ slathered disaster... now I'm not fond of those because well I worked for McDonald's and I'm good on it however my boyfriend loves them and they are seasonal or let's say only out when McDonald's wants to put them out? Somehow that doesn't feel like it's my way but different complaint for a different day however I'd be willing to raise you a few stars if you were to make a decent effort at compensation... comply or deny? The ball is now in your court Ronald... what's your next move??"
"Wrong order through the mobile app; not much was done on their end to clear up the situation it was literally placed at a a different location and still showed up here and was pulled up etc. had to reorder & now have to wait 24-72 hours for the money from my first order to cancel + go back on my card… thanks!"
