"We walked in ready to order, only to find that there was only one worker and a line waiting. On a Friday no less. We waited 40min to get our order. The worker was left with no prep done and no coworkers to help him out. However the worker (Will) did his very best and thankfully the other customers were very nice about the situation."

"I ordered two sandwiches and both are wrong and missing the cheese. I ordered a specialty sandwich that is called the classic Ham & Mozzerella but there was no mozzerella on this sandwich at all. There was also no American cheese on the other sandwich. I called the store and the guy that answered the phone let me know that he was the shift lead who had no authority and that the manager will be back in the morning. Why be a shift lead when you have no authority to rectify a situation that you created? I want my money back! I will NEVER order from this subway again so people if you attempt to order online for this restaurant please rest assured that they will get it wrong with no solution. I am livid because I don’t make money to waste it. I will be following up with the manager tomorrow morning! Do your jobs correctly and rectify what you did wrong."
