"DONT DO BUSINESS WITH COSMOS CAR CARE!!! Had pillars installed on my escalade. Six months later, I called to send pictures of them coming off. This jackass hung up on me! Very unprofessional and I feel bad for the original owner who I have never had a bad experience after 15+ years."
"Was hesitant to have cosmos tint the windows on your 2016 fusion after reading the reviews, however I seen they were under new management and thought I would give it a try. We had all of our windows tinted on our car and it turned out fantastic. The price was fair and they got us in on the same day. I would recommend cosmos for window tint."
"I had my windows tinted and Cosmos was quick and courteous. However, they failed to clean all of the "Stardust" off the inside of my windows before applying the tint. This could have been due to the quickness of the installation. This was something that I did not notice until I pulled my vehicle out of my garage after the tint curing period. It has been approximately 2 years now and I should have gone back immediately to have them re-tint the windows, my loss. But I was reminded of this experience from a video I just watched on YouTube called: The Atheist Delusion, where Neil deGrasse Tyson says: (in reference to our origin) "We are not only figuratively, but literally Stardust." Something I recalled while in the customer waiting area listening to the owner's philosophies. "My two cents" (origin: The Holy Bible) If the business would concentrate more on customer service and less on bogus philosophies, they might succeed in producing a higher-quality product."
"On September 28th 2018 I took my newly purchased 2019 Corvette to Cosmos Car Care in Maryville for vinyl wrap striping. I specifically talked to the owner Rich Hamilton and told him to let me know if there were any issues with the install as it was a new car and in fact my dream car. Upon picking my car up after the install, I communicated to Cosmos that I was not happy with the work in which they had performed. The vinyl was cut short of all edges looked choppy and cuts were uneven in spots. I was told that it was a difficult install due to “low quality” 3M 1080 vinyl wrap that I had brought them, excuses were wrap wouldn’t stay down if they brought it around edge of panels, that they used Avery wrap not 3M, it was short cut, I didn’t have a pre-mask etc…... I asked why didn’t they call me if they ran into issues or concerns and he insisted they did a good job. Being unfamiliar with vinyl striping, I left and took my car to another business Aggressive Graphics which provides vinyl wraps on vehicles to get a second opinion as to the work that was performed by Cosmos. I was informed that the vinyl wrap I had brought to Cosmos was considered a “quality wrap” and was, in fact perfectly fine to use for the job requested. I asked if they could redo the vinyl wrap on my car and they said yes. Later that day I received a phone call from Aggressive indicating that after taking off the old vinyl wrap installed by Cosmos, the paint was damaged, they had kept the vinyl on the car when trimming and cut into the paint on car. I was told that the correct way would have been to use knife-less tape so paint would have not been damaged when trimming or to wrap around the edge. I called Cosmos after being emailed detailed pictures of the damage. Rich, the owner of Cosmos, indicated that his installer had 30 years’ experience and that he was standing by the work they performed and that’s just the way they do it. Inferior workmanship and not owning up to it is not right, but knowingly scratching the paint on a car, new or old, is unacceptable. I requested a refund for the stripes I had brought them, the amount they charged me to install and repair of scratched paint through a BBB complaint in which they have a C+ rating. The owner replied they did nothing wrong and it was my fault that they did not install it correctly and then accused me of lying about the price I had paid for the vinyl, I have the receipt. This is unacceptable business practice! Don't use them!"
"I've really been wanting to get my windows done on my car and decided to go to cosmos because they got my car in the day I called to get it in and then they got it done in under two hours and it's made my car look clean and professional. I would recommend it if youre looking to get your windows done. The only downside is its a bit pricey but it is worth every cent I paid. (just under 300 for a 4 door impala)."
