"I had the best experience tonight at outback! I’ve been to other outback, but this one was different. My server Matthew was extremely attentive. My food came out in less than 20 minutes. I got the Aussie Cobb salad and they were very good to respect my dairy allergy. The chicken was perfectly blackened, and it was pleated beautifully with alternating croutons and tomatoes around the rim of the bowl! Thank you for a great meal!"

"The service was average. The food was a little bland. My steak was medium rare when I asked for rare, and my wife's steak was fully cooked when she asked for medium rare. My fries looked dark, I felt the oil was a bit old and dark. My daughters chicken and shrimp pasta were a bit dry, and some pasta weren't fully cooked all the way and were a little hard at some areas. It could use more fettuccine alfredo sauce. The Mac n cheese was ok. The onion blossom was the best dish of the night. My homemade steak seasoning and cheaper steak slices beats their ribeye steak and flavoring tenfold!"

"Ordered for curbside carry out. I ordered the Kingsland Pasta and Shriimp for $23. It had no sauce on it. It was just noodles with no sauce. I ordered the steak on it to be rare, and it was well done. I ordered an extra baked potato, and instead of providing an extra container for it, they stuffed it in my husbands meal. That is just plain super lazy. I ordered no chives and all the premade small portions of sour cream, butter, had a few pieces of bacon And all had chives. This had to be the worst prepared food I have ever received at an Outback. It is obvious that they don’t care about the food they prepare. . $87, and most of it was inedible. I would strongly suggest ordering from another steakhouse that values thequality of their food, and not order from the Outback in Springfield MO, The entire meal was truly unacceptable. What sort of restaurant gives out plain noodles in their pasta, obviously one that doesn’t care. When I called to complain about the meal, I was only offered a replacement meal. I really just want my money back, because I don’t ever plan on ordering from a restaurant that doesn’t care about the food they put out. If the management reads this review, I would like to ask for my money back. This food is just unacceptable."
