"I really don't even have the words for how astoundingly bad the service is at this place. I couldn't even get someone to speak to me at the drive thru tonight at ~5:30, and the dining area was closed; I had to just drive away and cancel my mobile order. At any other restaurant, that would be a surprising experience; but at Popeyes, it's only *slightly* worse than a typical visit. It is hugely unusual that you can actually pick up food from here without food substitutions and/or an absurdly long wait time. In fairness to this specific location, I'm not sure that other Popeyes locations are any better. It's really pretty amazing how awful this chain is, and I keep returning just to be wowed by it."
"Lobby often closed, now drive thru closed for sewage in lobby!!!! This place was great when it first opened and has good food, but they’re always out of stuff, menus are broken… they need to find a decent manager or pay better to keep a decent one. The loss of business is astounding. If they had a decent manager, I bet this place would actually be profitable but since it’s in constant disarray, they likely don’t want to pay a manager enough to get it back on track. I kinda wish Sonic was still here instead, though I much prefer Popeyes chicken over sonic chicken… when I can actually order it!"
"I ordered for my family and was told it would take 15 mins for my wings. I pulled forward to wait for 30 mins when someone finally came out and told me my food was given to someone else and asked if I saw who. Then for another person to come out and say they were going to make it right. When they brought food out and confirmed the order they still messed it up and shorted me on tenders and told me if I wanted to wait another 15 mins I could get but don’t worry they gave me 5 extra biscuits. Asked for honey butter and ranch and they were out. Came home to find out I was actually shorted tenders and sides. Our food was awful. Chicken seemed old. It’s not worth me driving back across town tonight to be disappointed again. Truly let down"
"Terrible customer service. The staff acted like they had a problem with anyone ordering anything from the menu, very unkind attitude, the lady working the window/orders was playing on her phone while we waited for her to take our payment despite several cars behind us, choose our sauces, didn’t ask us what sides, gave very skimpy portions for a family meal, didn’t give us what we ordered and when we went back to get the correct order they didn’t acknowledge us or apologize and acted like it was our fault they gave us the incorrect order. The food was cold, dry, chewy and tasted old."
"AWFUL experience here today. I ordered 2 5pc tender meals (12:14pm), after getting my drinks and paying the window cashier asked me to pull forward because they needed more time making the tenders. After 10 minutes of waiting and multiple cars getting their food and leaving, I finally called the location (12:25pm) to remind them I was still waiting. The employee said they would "come right out" but it was another 9 minutes before someone came out with our food. She apologized for the wait but I then had to remind her we needed straws and sauces. When she went back inside for the forgotten items I checked our food and found 2 boxes of burnt, dried out food. Even the fries were bad. I showed the employee when she came back and she said "that is just how our cook makes it". Total BS. I waited 19 minutes and paid $18 for basically biscuits and drinks. An email was sent to corporate but no response yet."
