"Half of the soft drinks were out of order. There was no ice. There were only two chip options. It looks like the place hasn't been stocked or cleaned in a long time. The women's restroom was out of order and the men's restroom was disgusting. If you can't clean your bathrooms...you probably aren't cleaning your kitchen either. The spinach was also wilted. The cashier/cook was the only person in the store and was extremely slow putting together my order. They also burnt the meat on the grill. This place used to be one of my favorite lunch spots in town...but management must have changed. It's definitely NOT what it used to be."

"Very disappointing. Last Sunday I placed a pick up order online. Upon arrival, there was a sign on the door that said they closed early, so I wasn't able to get my food. It's been a week that I've tried calling the restaurant several times and no one ever picks up the phone. There is no refund request online. I shouldn't have to visit the restaurant again to get a refund for the food I didn't receive."

"Had very limited items and was not told before ordering. Got a pita with gyro meat and they didn’t have hummus, feta, olives, avocado and tzatziki, all of which normally come with it. This would have been fine however I was not told before ordering. The employee did not seem to care and simply told me to pick something else. Service was also very slow. I used to love this place, but can say I will not be going back for a while."

"Had lunch with my granddaughter and the Food was delicious. Great atmosphere and reasonably priced!!! Definitely recommend this place!!!"

"I went to Pita Pit today on E Sunshine St for the first time. I ordered a souvlaki sandwich and some kind of quinoa salad (I don’t remember the exact name of the salad. I chose it from the menu.) The total was around $21, plus a $2 tip. The sandwich was mediocre, but the quinoa salad was beyond embarrassing. There were barely two bites in there. LITERALLY! They put in a few spinach leaves and some diced tomatoes, no quinoa, no nothing. It cost me $10! This is beyond impertinent! Is this how you treat your customers?! You give them bread crumbs for $10?! I’ve posted a picture of it below. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. I’m never going back to that place again. An absolute disgrace. A ripoff."
