"Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered online for 3 people, they forgot to put the fries in the bag for the chili cheese brisket fries which are an extra $6. The chili cheese and brisket comes in a separate separate container, they'll give us that but swear up and down they put the fries in the bag when I'm looking at the whole order on my table right now and they're not here. Said they'd give us the fries if we brought the whole order back there and show them that the fries are missing, but I live over 20 min away so that's almost an hour round trip for fries so no thanks. Refused to give a refund by some guy in the back yelling over the guy I was talking to on the phone "WE DON'T GIVE REFUNDS!" Also while it seems their prices are decent, the portion sizes are stupidly small. $7 for brisket chili Mac that comes in a 10 oz container. Their pulled pork and brisket sandwiches are about the size of a double cheeseburger from McDonald's so might be filling enough for a kid. They give you this big bag for a side of fried okra but only fill it about 1/4 of the way. All said and done their food was a 6/10 at best, better off going elsewhere. It's worth the little bit of extra money going to Big Whiskey's or something just so you're not disappointed. First time ever ordering here and will definitely be the last."

"Visited on January 4th for lunch. Ordering was easy and food came out quick as expected. We ordered two sandwiches and the sandwiches were meaty and taste was pleasant. Not very many people at lunch time as I would normally expect a larger crowd. I would have rated higher and it has nothing to do with price. It’s the seating and table with an outdated dining area. Walls definitely didn’t impress me with a dust collecting wall grass,table legs were shimmed with cardboard and wobbly. Seats were taped and highly worn. As far as cleanliness no complaints and staff was very nice. I will go back but don’t expect a perfect table or bench seat."

"This was the wife's and I first visit to this location. The brisket, chicken and pulled pork were all good. Everyone behind the counter was friendly and helpful. The street entertainment was a pair of neighborhood squirrels which were happy to entertain."

"We’ve been twice and not been disappointed at all. Sean, the GM, is fantastic and has remembered us even though our visits were pretty far apart. The bbq is always spot on in flavor and the sides and bbq sauces leave nothing to be desired. We’re always pleased when we leave Dickey’s."
