California Pizza Kitchen at West County Mall

"This is one of my family’s favorite restaurants. We’ve been coming here for years at the West County mall. I love the consistency of the food. I’ve never had a bad meal here. One of my favorite pizzas (from anywhere) is a CPK pizzas; the “Works” pizza. Absolutely love this pizza. The wild oregano the put on it is fantastic. My wife and daughter love the Tequila Lime Fettuccine. I included a picture or their “Korean BBQ” pizza (limited time deal); it was also wonderful! Our waiter David tonight was super awesome and we usually get good service here."

"Prior to tonight’s service we have had excellent servers. Tonight we were seated and placed a drink and appetizer order . Waitress came back with our drinks and brought us each a glass of water. Thank goodness because she never asked us again nor anyone else noticed we were out of water. My husband ordered an old fashioned and I ordered the sangria flight . We also were never asked if we wanted another drink . Our appetizer was served without plates we had to cut pieces and drag it across our table. We would have asked for plates but no one walked by or stopped by . Waitress brought our plates and left . Never offered to refill our drinks or water . I ended uo giving my daughter the remaining water I had left in my glass. Never once did anyone ask if everything was ok ? Did we need anything. The server was Gabbi . I love California Pizza Kitchen but after this service I will not go back to this restaurant. I would highly recommend to anyone going if you are not offered refills and no one comes back to your table to leave and report this to corporate . Wasted over 100 on food and beverage and it was my youngest daughter’s final prom dress shopping experience and this experience ruined the final part of our night ."

"I really like the lunch duos, and the waiters are great, the only complaint I have is minor but was annoying. There was no greeter at the desk when we got there around 2p on 18 Jan 24 so I stupidly took the advice of a sign prominently displayed to sign up for the wait list. I thought it was odd since it wasn’t busy but I thought that maybe they had reduced staff. I received a text acknowledgement and it said 15 min. to wait but there really wasn’t a list and I don’t think it was working. We wandered around for a while and as we went back to the restaurant two more couples approached the desk and were immediately seated before us. I told the greeter that I had followed the advice and I wondered aloud why the sign was there. I felt stupid."

"My family and I have been coming to this California Pizza kitchen for years. We love the location and the quality of food and service has always been great. We always get the same thing for the most part and the food is always consistent. My son's favorite is the bread image that. The only thing I would say that could use improvement is our waitress did not come back to refill our drinks till after we ate. Besides that the food and service was top notch. We were seated down quick and received our order in reasonable time and it was perfect like always. Will definitely be coming back."

"I came here with the idea that I would be able try a few of their menu items, but it had changed just one day prior to my arrival. Yes, I was saddened. Nevertheless, I did have the option to feast on their “new” menu alternatives."
