"Just waited over an hour with only 1 car in front of me. An employee came out and asked me to switch to a different lane because that car was almost done. I switched to the new lane and another car took my place in the old lane. Then after waiting another 15 mins my new lane was still waiting and my old lane and the new car got to go in. I didn’t wait after that and found a better place. I suggest you do the same and save yourself a couple hours of wait."

"I arrived and was the third car waiting behind all three occupied stalls. Third stall finished and car behind was pulled in. This was correct. Second stall in front of me became vacant and I was asked to switch places with the car waiting behind the first stall. This, too, was correct, as that car had been waiting longer than me. But then, stall three became vacant again. My turn now! But no. They did not have the car behind that stall change places with me - they waived it in - SKIPPING my turn (having now waited over 40 minutes and at least 15 minutes longer than the car that had my rightful turn). I was not feeling well, but decided to wait it out - upon arriving and seeing only two cars ahead of me. I had an oil change and transmission fluid change within the last week and planned on additional services. I will not return to this store. The fact that they had just asked me to move to fairly give the correct next person in line their stall and then, within two minutes just skip over me was insulting. I will be sure to relate this story to many people."

"We have been here three other times since moving to Kansas a year ago and have always had courteous service with Jake until today. We had our tires rotated on 8/9 and immediately the next day while leaving for a road trip my tire pressure light goes on. I was traveling alone and only 10 miles into the trip and the light comes on - not easy to find a place to pull over where I was. Well -after pulling over and checking the tires were fine. After further investigation it was obviously from the tire rotation and them messing up my sensors (per expert evaluated in Omaha who said I would return to who did the work)- today 8/13 at 10am I waited for over 30 minutes before telling them I needed their help and LAINE was extremely rude and disrespectful and refused to even look at the car saying “we didn’t cause it” and asked me to leave and walked away. The first person at least listened before LAINE came out after I had been there 45 minutes. LAINE didn’t even ask basic questions like resetting the system so obviously didn’t know anything about it to assist but the rudeness and refusal to help and his condescending attitude was not “Kansas love” that we have experienced everywhere since moving here. He was more concerned about the line of cars then helping me to even look at it (if you don’t have the knowledge admit it and maybe offer somewhere to go respectfully instead of just assuming your facility didn’t disrupt the system with the tire rotation when you go online and the number one issue after a tire rotation is the TPS light going on). I pray they improve their service because it is a premium service and we do have other places we can go - customers should never be treated with condescending disrespect no matter the issue / we will not be back nor will recommend. Jake was awesome in the past - LAINE was not -"

"While this Valvoline Instant Oil Change offers friendly service once attended to, the wait times have been consistently long on my visits with over an hour of waiting in line each time. This is a luxury they charge for. It’s not quite “instant in my experience.” A more efficient queue system or increased staffing could help enhance the overall customer experience."
