"Well, today I went to this store to buy a parts for my car and I knew advance auto they match price with any auto parts store near by, so I went in to the cash register and asked, hi sir do you match price, he answered nooo!! I was oh maybe this new rules! I went back to my car went online checked advance auto website they still do the matching price I went back in talked to the same man and I told him sir I just read on advance website you guys still matching price he told my manger told not to!!! And he ask tell me what you wanna match, I told him what I needed and I have the Napa price on my phone, he asked me what their price I told him the price he said I’m not gonna do it go Napa and buy what you needed!! I told him if they open now I won’t wasted my time and come here but they closed! He said go tomorrow!! He didn’t even look on the price, he just asked!! I didn’t wanna make it a big deal and call the corporate and complained.. that was very unprofessional!!"
