"I am really disappointed to have to give this place such a low rating. I loved this place, and they use to have the best Cashew Chicken. Today, I went because i hadn't had it in a while. It was terrible! I don't know why, or if you are messing with your sauce. Please lose the cinnamon in the cashew sauce. It's disgusting, and makes it have a sweet taste. That is not how original Springfield Cashew Chicken is suppose to taste. So disappointed,. That new sauce is a no from me, and my kids. It was a sad day for us, because this was our favorite place, but I will be stirring clear if you're keeping this new sweet cashew sauce (aka cinnamon barf sauce)."

"I run through the drive thru every time I’m in the area. I always get spring rolls and usually crab Rangoon. Always excellent, hot, fresh and friendly service."

"The door wasn't inedible but it was far from something we will return to that's for sure. The chicken was bone dry and the sauces are watery. The crab ragoons are just cream cheese nothing else. The best thing that we ate was the Lao mein and that was bland. Also we put an on line order in and chose asap that said 15 minutes we showed up at 20 minutes and they didn't even start cooking any of it till I got there."

"Drive thru - ordered cashew chicken for two this afternoon. It was delicious, sauce was on the side without asking. 6 piece crab Rangoon, all white meat small pieces but a huge amount, two large individual containers with cashew chicken, rice and two containers of sauce. I have lunch for tomorrow! We will go again! Photo is of leftovers."

"Very nice staff here! Ordered the general chicken with rice only and it was well cooked. Will go back and try the Hot & Spicy or Sweet & Spicy sauces next!"
