"The fried oysters tasted like grease, but the rest of the food was really good. I really liked the fish and shrimp. There was only one employee that evening, so our order did take a very long time to arrive, for 5 people. It had a nice small town southern eatery feel to it though, which was a positive note for it."

"Really nice guy who attended us. Looking for something new to try out but was sadly disappointed by the food. The fried pickles were a little too fried like some were hard rather than crispy the Mac n cheese had no flavor and really wasn’t cheese any cheese. I also got the mushroom Swiss burger. My mushrooms were a little burnt and my meat patty was very extra well done And dry. My wife got the country fried steak sandwich and an apple pie, the country fried steak was a little dry, but she ate the whole thing with no complaint. The apple pie was FIRE. Hopefully they can redeem themselves with my next visit but as of right now I’m not very satisfied with my order for it to have been 47 dollars"

"There were 10 of us.. When we ordered our food and drinks they gave us plastic glasses which were sticky told the staff ended up giving us Styrofoam cups.. The drink fountain and ice were not turned on no Dr pepper was told it had been empty for several days.. The iced tea was rancid. When we got our food it was really good no complaints.. IT made up for the first part of our experience."

"We went in there today. We were literally the only two customers when we came in. During that time two to go people came in to order, so I know the lack of service it wasn’t because they were busy. My husband got his meal so far ahead of mine, when they brought mine out, he was done eating. I brought mine home. He had chicken gizzards and livers. They were tough. I ordered crab cakes. It was more like stove top stuffing with really minute pieces of pollock in it. The place could use a bit more cleaning to. Will never waste my time and money there again."

"Skip this place. Fried Oysters are a joke. Extremely fishy tasting, completely soggy undercooked oysters with breading that falls off and full of sand. The macaroni and cheese was cold and over cooked, nothing but mush. The red beans and rice were so salty you might as well lick a salt block...probably be less salty. Lastly, the salt and pepper shakers are not cleaned...nothing but dried scum and grease on the outside."
