"Every time I use my app for this location, I order just drinks and have to wait 10 to 20 min. I call on the stall and they finally bring them. For a new sonic, this is the worst customer service I see at night around 730 to 830."

"I made a purchase of about $29.00 at the playground stall and paid using my card. The manager who brought the food was very kind, appearing to be around 17 years old (she did nothing wrong so I will not name her) She informed me of the price, I explained that I had already made the payment when I ordered. In order to verify, she went back inside to check the system. Upon her return, she informed me that the system did not show the payment, so I showed her my bank app where the transaction was processed. She then asked me to come inside to show her manager. The lead manager, named "Hannah," stated that it was not her problem it and it shows I had paid in cash in the system, therefore advising me to contact my bank.(I paid “cash” yet need to contact bank to have my card refunded? Makes sense.)The young lady asked if this would result in her drawer being short, to which Hannah rudely confirmed it would stating that she would have to cover the shortage at the end of her shift. To avoid the young lady having to pay for the system error, I did end up paying her $30 in cash on top up the card transaction that processed. However, this meant that I ended up paying $60 for a meal that should have cost less than $30, all because Hannah, the manager, was rude and unhelpful. She chose not to void the entire transaction and start over, ensuring that I, as the customer, did not overpay or the store did not lose out. Instead, she threatened her employee with having to cover the difference. I am extremely upset by this situation, as what could have been a simple fix was not resolved at all. Furthermore, the conduct displayed by Hannah towards her team member was absolutely appalling."

"Normally love coming here it's a great atmosphere especially when the sun is setting straight down Sunshine Street. Food is always fresh usually pretty quick even when they are busy. Clean lots and stalls. Last visit though a carhop said she had to go back inside to get change for my $20 bill on a $13 order and never came back out. I've had friends who have worked at and managed Sonics and from that and my own experience I can say this is not normal. Most carhops have $6 and change on them especially when you hit the prompt letting them know it's cash payment. Irresponsible and forgetful at best and a routine trick at worst. To top it off I had to push the button to request my money and the girl was rude when she had to bring it back out and I was never given an explanation. I always tip very well here but obviously didn't this time and will probably just go to another location after that experience."

"The ice cream cones were good. The service was friendly. The playground needs some serious TLC. There was a lot of trash in every corner of the sand. But all was really great until we were playing with our kids on the playground and my husband found a balloon filled with drugs barely buried in the sand. Springfield is the worst."
