"Although the food was excellent. The ambiance and attitude of the staff was less than accommodating. It seemed I was a bother. I was not welcome."

"When I ordered my meal through the drive through, I was informed I could only get juice. When asked about the iced tea, I was told the same thing. When I said skip the drink, the voice said ok, but it’s gonna cost you the same. Seriously? I left my spot and went to Long John Silvers."

"This is a very clean location and the staff are always nice HOWEVER 3 TIMES now because of their system I cannot get the advertised specials. You have to order them online. Ok fine but the system is ALWAYS DOWN so you end up paying 40$ or more for the same thing."

"We walked into the lobby to grab our pre paid online order which said it was ready for pick up. The "manager" on duty then very rudely tells us that her lobby person didn't do their job and lock the door. The lobby supposedly closed at 7, which isn't what it says online. She wouldn't even look at us and was glued to her phone. She was super aggressive with us, stepping up behind us like we weren't moving fast enough. It was right after 7 and our order was sitting on the counter. We even told her that the app shows it ready (we could see it just sitting there) but she told is that the app was wrong and "like she said" they are still working on it. She made us leave, pull through drive thru which had people in line. By the time we got home with our families dinner, it was ice cold, the side of mash potatoes we received was the personal size when it was supposed to be the regular size. The sweet tea we bought was plain ice tea. Literally everything that could have happened wrong, happened. That manager needs customer service training. She did NOT know what she was doing. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU EXPECT COLD FOOD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. WISH I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE "MANAGERS" NAME BUT SHE WASNT WEARING A NAME TAG."

"I placed a very simple order, a 10-piece chicken nuggets. 1st thing: They forgot my sauce. I called to remind them that they need to remember that sort of thing in the future, and he said "all right", no apology or anything. If it's the same guy answering the phone as the guy that handed me my food, I strongly believe he was high. 2nd thing: this is what a 10pc looks like. 7 small bite size, 2 adequate sized and 1 "not a nugget." This was my 1srlt time ordering nuggets there and will be my last. I won't be going back to this establishment. Thanks for making it inconvenient for me when I would like some chicken."
