"Bread was burnt. Dude had really long hair not in a hair net or tied back. Asked if I wanted peppers and ranch...said yes. Freaky fast had to tell them ya forgot both those things. Health dept, come and get em. This place suuuucks."

"Rudest crew I have dealt with. The shift manager didn't want to serve the 21 of us, so she claimed that she didn't have bread and couldn't serve us. I noticed that she had at least 6 trays of bread. The good part was that 5 Guys and were glad to serve us. Probably a better meal. I like their fries. If I am ever in Springfield, MO, I am headed to 5 Guys, Jimmy John's is not the place to go. I would not normally be this harsh, but they were notified that we would be coming several day before we showed up. So Five Guy's you win."

"We arrived at about 7 pm on Thursday, July 28, 2022. I had just ordered nearly $40 worth of sandwiches, chips, drinks and cookies at Jimmy John's. We ordered using the app and picked up our order curbside. I forgot to ask for spicy peppers to be added to my sandwich so I ran inside and asked if I could have a small side of the spicy peppers to add to my sandwich since I had forgotten to add them. The woman working at the cash register would not let me have the spicy peppers. She said I had to order another item if I wanted the spicy peppers. She said she could not enter spicy peppers in her cash register alone. I asked if she would just hand me the spicy peppers without adding it in her cash register. She said she couldn't do that. So my husband had to go back inside and buy a bag of chips to get the spicy peppers. He tried to talk her into giving the peppers to him without ordering something and she refused. This seems like a pretty bizarre policy. I can't have the free peppers that are always free after I ordered $40 worth of items unless I buy another item? What in the world? When my husband went inside, after the woman refused to give him the peppers, she said, "It keeps people from........... (long pause)............ it's how we pay for things." I had requested mayo packets and napkins, neither of which were included in our bag. The sandwiches were good though."
