"Yummy ice cream. Good food. Area inside could be kept up more. They do alot of business, maybe they need extra cleaning staff. Great place to bring the kids for dinner and ice cream after the game."
"Ordered a sandwich and a water. The newbey charged for a combo. When sandwich arrived, there was a pickle on top of the bun. This was only one of the issues we had during this visit."
"I never thought that a vanilla shake would be my favorite until I came here. The burger was delicious. I could not put down the shake. It was the best I have ever had. I can't wait to go to another one."
"Used to be a nice place to stop with kids after school. But lately not so much, rude unfriendly teenagers serving, today four employees vaping outside entrance, when order was ready employee called number then 5 seconds later yelled like he was mad at us for not responding immediately. Food still good but your service leaves a lot to be desired. Fix this or loose customers."
"If you ask for fresh burgers they will give them to you but really if you ask they still don't. They told me to pull forward because they were making fresh meat. I get home and had to microwave them to get the cheese to melt. These were cold and hard so why did they make me pull forward to punish me for asking for my cheese melted since the cheese is never melted. We call and spoke to Kate the manager and said she remembered the order and it shouldn't have happened. Braums has gone downhill tremendously. I would choose another place to eat. If you don't have enough help then close your doors."
