Long John Silver's | KFC 240 West By-Pass, Springfield, MO 65802

"Went to get lunch at 11:21 today/Friday 3/15/25 and they supposed to be open and they had the doors locked. Sadly I did not get the food I wanted and KFC/long John's silver lost about 40$ because I went elsewhere. If your short on staff or late fully opening, make sure there's a sign on the door..."

"I went in to get 2, 2 fish meals with 2 extra fish. Not only did I wait 30 minutes total for my food but I had missing items. I got to my vehicle and checked my order. They forgot my fish. Went back in to get the fish. The inside area had two other couples waiting long periods for their food. At least 30 minutes. Then I got home and realized my hush puppies were missing. I was furious but didn't go back to get them. It is pretty pathetic when you have 8 people behind the counter, you wait forever and then you don't even get the food you pay for. Fast food workers want $15 or more an hour to work. They are not even worth $7. I will never go back to Long John Silvers. It will be Captain D's from now on. PATHETIC!!!!"

"My husband and I took my grandson and my daughter to this establishment yesterday. We tried to use a coupon and they would not take it because they were not a "participating" restaurant. We spent more than we would have at a nice, non-fastfood restaurant. Also we're given our meal bagged in boxes even though we were eating in. No plates, no condiments. When we asked for plates, we were given four paper "boats" that our sides bled through. The service was horrible and for the price, was ridiculous. We will not be visiting again"

"This is one of the cleanest KFC/Long John Silver's I've been in. Very nearly immaculate and well lit and nicely decorated. The young man (Dillon) behind the counter was friendly, attentive, and great with customer service. It is the best customer service I've had at a fast food place in a long time. Definitely recommend."
