"Jim Baker saved our butts when someone stole our catalytic converter on our 2000 F250. We were traveling with a toy hauler. We made 6 calls and two stops with no results for parts or that day repair. He got the parts in an hour… put his current work aside and had it half done by the time we got back from coffee! He was less expensive than the other quotes and I cannot say enough about customer service. We were back on the road in a couple hours!! What a nice guy!!! Made a horrible experience so much better.
