"went in to pick up a battery.. i thought they would offer to replace my old one and install the new one for me but it didn't happen.. i asked for a jump start and believe it or not, they didn't have any jumper cables.. i had to ask a customer for assistance.. look up your cameras and tell me i'm lyin'.."
