"I just waited 35 MINUTES for my order. I paid for extra sauce. It was not included. They didn’t include the biscuit with my meal and I ordered nuggets and they gave me COLD ripped up tenders. When I tried to call to complain no one answered. I haven’t touched anything in my box this is what they gave me. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Came here on New Year's Eve for an early lunch. The staff were super friendly, and the chicken was fresh and crispy. I used to work at Popeye's, and I can say from experience that the food here was next level. These guys deserve a raise. Money well spent. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area."

"Popeyes has really gone down hill and I wish that wasn't the case because they can be awesome. This particular location is not in a great part of Springfield so maybe that's part of the issue. They only had 3 people working which just isn't enough and I know how hard it is to find people. I didn't get the right food but the guy working the counter was already stressed so I just ate what I got. Food tasted fine, cost was a little high especially when you consider that Chick-fil-A would have only cost a couple dollars more and the experience there is 5 stars. I hope Popeyes can figure out what they need to make their place great again."

"So I called up there at 833pm on 12.29.23 because my food wasn’t right the person who answered the phone argued with me even after telling him I have pictures of my order that was incorrect very rude and unprofessional!!"

"Ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches, paid, then said they were out and asked if we wanted to try the blackened chicken. Ordered with 2 Mac and cheese. Get home and we actually got stale cold fries they threw into the bottom of the bag. Went back to get the Mac and cheese instead and they only gave us one. All of the food tasted like it had sat for hours, this sandwich was clearly just thrown together as if they were busy or something. Their wait times are normally an hour or more, but there was nobody in the drive through line, or in the store so you’d think they could’ve put more effort into it."
