"No one at the register taking orders.. we finally paid for our order .. went and sat down and waited and waited and waited... Watched 3 other couples walk in and never got waited on and they just left.. no wonder this KFC is going under.. no good help .. the Biden administration way I guess.. never would have thought it would have gotten this bad"

"Sat at the drive through speaker for a good 10 minutes at about 5:00 pm. No one answered, AT ALL. Parked and went inside to find absolutely no one at the counters and terribly inappropriate music playing. Sat at the counter for a good 15 minutes before anyone ever realized we were even there. Will never ever be back :)"

"This is the worst KFC I have ever been to I have tried 2x 1st time I got chicken strips they were hard barley warm and very greasy the fries were cold and soggy. I always give 2nd chances so recently I went again and ordered a 4pc with a side of corn and lrg. Potatoes and gravey on the side I got 2 thighs instead of a breast as I should have with 4pc They gave me an individual Potatoes instead of the large I ordered and paid for. Once again everything was barley warm and they need to change their oil more often as the chicken was overly greasy and havld that taste you get when the oil isn't fresh. And they didn't give me the honey and butter I asked for with my biscuit or utensils to eat with no napkins. The biscuit and soda are the only 2 things I can say were ok. I used the drive-thru and even tipped the clerk at the window... I should have checked my order before leaving so I accepted it was partially my fault and I would have went back and complained but I was starving after long day at work and just ate what I had so could go to bed I will not give them a 3rd chance to burn me on my orders I highly recommend that you skip this KFC get a rotisserie and sides from the Walmart behind it it's pretty good served hot and consistent in quality KFC used be great a real family treat or good solo meal when needed. Some are better then others management makes a difference I guess but over all its gone down hill in the last 10yrs and I will not be a regular customer anymore most especially the one in Berryville Arkansas 2 strikes is enough to me not want to waste my money on a 3rd chance. Maybe if they gave me a free dinner I would consider it. MAYBE?!"

"To start off all we get greeted with is KFC and that's its no welcome to KFC or nothing, second the food was old and my mash potatoes was barely full like 3 bites only and more gravy then potatoes. The service was terrible and crew was rude and so was the food. I use to love this KFC growing up but not anymore I won't be back. Definitely not worth $20"

"I come to this KFC because it's the only one around where I live but it leaves a lot to be desired. The inside of the restaurant was clean but I'm assuming it's only because they never let anyone inside the lobby. This is the 1st time in 3 or 4 months that I have set in the lobby. Most of their orders are drive-thru And that's only when they have food available"
