"Had to place my order over the phone because the website was having issues. The young man who helped was super nice, very professional. I was impressed. So when we arrived to pick up our pizza, I was surprised at the complete 180 for customer service. There were three employees sitting out back, assuming they were on a break. No problem, breaks are important. We rolled up to the pickup window, and proceeded to sit there for almost 5 minutes while people walked by without acknowledging our presence. When someone finally came to the window, there was no apology for the wait (5 minutes is not long, but when you're not even acknowledged it seems longer). We'd requested plated with our order, but we still had to request them at the window. Awful customer service."
