"My husband & I came in town to Branson. We were tired from the drive had a taste for a steak.1st night we ordered something different we tried Ruby Tuesday. The Steaks were so tough we couldn't even eat them DISGUSTING. Ribs were so dry and hard. Appetizers we ordered Calamari - they were rubbery.Also ordered potato skins- only thing we ended up eating that night. Everything else was thrown in a take home bag for our dogs. Very disappointed with your food. We will never order from there again in life. Horrible eating experience. Wasted over $100"

"Our experience started with Kelly as our hostess and appreciated the short wait. She kept us up to date and after seating us, Stephanie waited on us. Our party of eight had quick service, every order was right and the quality of food was fantastic. The manager Tony stopped by to check on us and chat for just a minute. Well done!"

"Wife and I decided to try this place out. We told waitress, this was our first time here. I ordered Jack n coke, when I got it, it was about 1/4 jack to 3/4 coke, was watered down for $8. Our appetizer, mozzarella sticks, boneless wings, artichoke spinach dip, was great. Wife ordered regular Philly cheesesteak sandwich, when came out all the meat was burnt, then covered in cheese sauce, we normally get some type of cheese on top, not can cheese dip. I ordered a 12oz filet medium. When I got it, it looked like someone ran over it and was paper thin, no flavor at all, ribs came with it was covered in BBQ sauce and the picture shows full ribs, these were half the size of ribs and was bland. Being a cook for over 25yrs, this food was horrible, the only thing good was our waitress. We will not be going back there for anything. When we go to Longhorn, you get a 12oz filet and rack of ribs. People should go there, good service, good quality food, great atmosphere, you pay for great food, service, that's what you get."

"I usually don’t write bad reviews but I just wanted to get on here and let everyone know to please be mindful of the food!!!!!! My step cousin found this little guy in her food. She didn’t show me this photo until after we got back to our hotel. When I asked why she didn’t say anything, she said she felt too bad to because they were busy. However, despite the bug and taste of the food, the servers were lovely and patient! I don’t want to discredit them with the bad experience we had with our meal. Thank you!"

"Robin is the server to go to. Shes sweet, stays on top of drinks, gives updates on the status of the food, all while helping other tables and she has a great smile. The food was amazing. I had the chicken and macaroni dish, my friend had chicken strips, and her boyfriend had steak. Shout out to the cooks Bradley and Shane! Amazing food and service! :)"
