Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

"When we arrived the saff was nice and they greeted our group. We were quickly seated to a table, and then we were left alone. We had time to figure out what we wanted and talked for 20 minutes without someone coming up to us. Then the server finally came up to us, and we ordered. The soups and salads only took a couple of minutes, but we had yet to receive our bread. The waiters continued to walk by us, our waiter and others. No one had given us any attention or customer service. When our waiter finally made her way towards our table, she stopped at a different table to talk to a different customer. She then ignored us and then walked by us to the kitchen, stopped and said, "Oh yeah, bread sticks." We then, after sitting for over an hour with only ever having our server talk to us three times, one of those times being to tell her not to worry about the food we left. Olive Garden is always a place that I love to eat. However, I will never go back to this one. I am very disappointed, I hope that they don't treat all their tables how we were treated."

"We have been going to this location for years and everything has always been great! Unfortunately our last visit was pretty bad on the wait time. They did help make up for it in the check but it was going home day and this out is way behind on schedule. Food was alright. I asked for more sauce on mine. Service could have been better. We had no idea what/ why were waiting so long. Apparently the lasagna was not ready? Idk? We will make sure we have PLENTY of time to KILL next time we come here. Still keeping this at 4 starts because was one time over the years, hopefully next visit will be better!"

"Our server, Sam, was very friendly and prompt. We enjoyed our anniversary dinner. The calamari appetizer was excellent. Our meals came out in a timely manner and were more than enough. We had to take some home!"

"It was really delicious dishes they served. We ordered two main course. Including, five cheese marinara pasta was delicious. We have ordered Spinach Artichoke dip Was also good Salad and breadsticks were mouthwatering as always. Good experience. Helpful staff and management was good."
