"Edit: They were very responsive to my concerns and relayed that even though they could not give out a rental car, they could help with my deductible to ease the impact of the extra 3.5 days in the shop. Slow, Inconsiderate service and lies. Do NOT recommend. My car only needed a door replaced and some paint touched up, but I was told it would be done in two weeks. When I dropped it off I specifically asked, do you have all the parts (like the replacement door) now to start work on it today? So that I don’t drop my car off for two weeks just for it to sit on the lot waiting for parts before the work starts. They assured me that they did and that the car would be ready next Friday. I get a text everyday saying it is on track to be done next Friday, and then next Thursday comes around and I get a call saying “uh the door just came in today so the car won’t be ready for another week”. So why did I drop my car off 2 weeks ago and suffer without a transportation source (which has been very difficult) for TWO WEEKS just for the car to sit there and wait untouched?!? They could not answer that question. All they told me was “well we ordered the door on the 4th day and it just got in.” So you couldn’t call me back up and say you can have your car back while we wait for the door to get in?!? If their customer service was considerate they would offer to alleviate some of this burden on me (such as ordering the door before I dropped the car off, calling when it was delayed, or offering to make up for their screw up with a rental car provided by them for the extra time), but no, I get silence. Silence on the phone and no updates during this extra week. When you’re in an industry where your work affects someone’s ability to get around every day, you need to be better."
"Our representative was very informative in explaining the process throughout the entire experience. We always knew what was happening and when it was happening with our vehicle. Our vehicle looked fantastic after the work was completed!!! I will definitely be using Central Auto Body Rebuilders ini the future if needed. I will also be recommending their service to any of my service member friends who need work in the future. Outstanding work ethic!!"
"I left my car here for an insurance claim repair. They initially estimated 10 days, but the repairs were completed within a week. As a part of the claim they had to repaint a door panel and replace some interior trim. When I picked up my car, i didn’t expect them to leave it spotless from exhaust tip to front bumper. They went above and beyond, detailing everything that they could on the exterior paint, they even vacuumed everything on the interior. I had a driver side mirror broken a while back (separate issue), I duct taped it in place before I was able to fix it. The tape was on there for a while and after 6 months in the elements the residue was impossible to get off, so I gave up and left it. Somehow, with out even asking, they managed to remove all of the aged residue and they didn’t change me a dime extra. I highly recommend Central Auto Body Rebuilders for anything you might need."

"CABR was recommended by my insurance agency. I received a prompt and detailed estimate and work was initiated almost immediately thereafter. Keep in mind that an estimate is just that. In my case, more damage than could be appreciated was discovered during the repair and the cost of replacement parts had unexpectedly increased significantly. Accordingly, the final cost was higher than anticipated. This discrepancy was thoroughly explained to my satisfaction upon reviewing my final bill. I was kept apprised of the progress of the repairs regularly and I was very pleased with the final result. In addition, all repairs are guaranteed for the life of the car. In sum, I recommend this company without any reservation."
