"Horrible I made an appointment at 11am. I waited for almost 3 hours and my car was still not in the garage and being parked where I parked 3 hours ago. I went to the front desk and he told me that I have to wait another one and half hour. I couldn’t believe it so I got the car key back and went back home. What is the point of having appointment if I have to sit there and wait for total 5 hours to get the service. I’m not coming to this place anymore in the future. If your time is not valuable at all to you and you want to just sit around for 5 hours, I recommend this place for you. Enjoy."

"I brought my car in for a battery and after 4 hours they called to say that I needed a battery and asked for the OK to put one in. I OKayed it, and they said they would call when it was ready. 40 minutes before their closing time, I started calling and there was no answer. My daughter and I went there and they were closed, with my car locked inside. They never called and now I'm without a car. The website says they are open on Sunday at 8:30--but I'm not sure I can trust them if they don't keep their posted hours. The AAA mechanic who jumped my battery so I could get to the FIrestone said it shouldn't take long at all to put the battery in but they took all day and I still don't know if it's done or not. Update: thanks to those who took the time and made my car available to me on Sunday. It made all the difference to me. Just a note: they usually only take appointments on Sunday because no workers are present to do any repairs and they are only open 8 to noon. My car was done and could be released so I was lucky and God took care of the details."

"This place is hands down the best! Jordan was extremely helpful. He was attentive to us and other customers at the same time. He had the utmost respect and patience with my Spanish speaking fiance. He contacted me with specifics. Emailed me my work order and invoice quickly. Most of all saved me money as he saw my tires were under warranty still!!! I haven't seen customer service like this in a long time! Jordan deserves a raise!!"

"This is the worst Firestone in US They had marked my warranty wrong several months ago and when take to another Firestone I found out the messed up my whole warranty. This morning I got up and went in at 7 o’clock to get two tires repaired with my warranty to find out that when I showed up there they’re not even open until eight even though Google says that they open at seven this is happened to me before they were just closed on Sunday though they were not supposed to be I would highly suggest just taking your vehicle somewhere else. This fire stone does not want to work on your car."
