"Whirlpool assigned them to diagnose and repair my brand new refrigerator that was leaking from the bottom. They called talked with me and set up the appointment for the23rd of June between 9am to 5pm. I take off a full day of work & wait. Not a word. @ 4pm I called & asked. The lady on the phone was very rude and tried saying i didn't have an appointment with thier company. I read the email i received from thier company confirming my appointment. She called me a liar then while reading her notes she quietly said oh Spencer booked your appointment. & When I replied aha see! She said we are done & hung up the phone. I quickly called whirlpool and told them my experience with Gliedt Enterprise. & They hooked me up with a better repair place. So if they give these people tell them you would like someone else."

From missing appointments, to not communicating delays, long waits between appointments, we finally went back to our retailer and got a new machine. If it were just the machine's issues, there wouldn't be a problem. But Gliedt and it's tech handled everything so poorly, I would definitely think twice about having them come out."
