"Amazing people, went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed!"
"John and Nick were amazing! Will continue to do business here. Thank you guys!"
"We just moved back and we’re desperate for a bed tv and living room seating and even though the guys were busy and tired. They still managed to get us our stuff. And the sales rep got the price down for us considering we were broke darn near for Dec. The store person was incredible and so were the delivery guys"
"Great customer service just slow getting the item (iPhone 14 plus) I rented and I haven’t had the item a week and can’t hear out it. It’s supposed to be new and now they want me to exchange it for a used one. Not very happy at all. I also asked bout an IPhone watch but they couldn’t rent then cause they are locked they said."
"My fiance and I walked in to look for a living room set. There were no other customers and at least 4 or 5 employees that we saw and no one acknowledged us at all. One guy was even standing at the counter, literally just standing there, staring at us, and didn't say hello. No greeting, no offering to help us find anything, nothing. So we looked around by ourselves for a few minutes. My fiance then verbally showed interest in some of the electronics and gaming systems. He even sat and played a bit. Could have been an easy sell. A lot of the furniture is banged up. It felt more like shopping at Goodwill. Then we saw a cockroach run across the back of a couch and took it as a sign to leave. Clearly, we weren't going to find what we wanted. Would give 0 if I could."
